Marcus Geduld

Animation #6 This is one of the first animations I ever made using Xara. I started thinking of my Xara creatures as puppets, with various parts that could be manipulated to put on a puppet-show. So the main task was figuring out how many moving-parts the puppet should have, and building each as a separate shape that could then be moved, rotated, resized and distorted as necessary. I was able to tell a pretty long story by keeping the width and height small and by using just black and white as the colors.
