Sketching a Woman's Head in Xara X

There are two (at least) ways of creating a photographic picture of a face in Xara X. First way is the honest way and involves drawing from
a live source. This way is hard and requires good art skills.
The second way is easier in the initial steps and involves a bit of cheating (we will be using an actual photograph as a template). In final
steps, both methods are about the same.
This tutorial is about second way. Shown here is the final image.
