	Developed by Ladislav Seredi, SL-Blur is a stand-alone utility that applies a user definable amount of Gaussian Blur to a bitmap image. SL-Blur is postcardware. If you like the utility, send Ladislav a postcard from where you live. The address is in the readme text file.

Create a 24-bit RGB bitmap or import an existing 24-bit RGB in Xara and copy the bitmap to the clipboard.

Open SL-Blur and Paste the bitmap. Move the slider to the right and press the drop icon to apply the blur. If you want to change the amount of blur, simply paste a new copy and reapply the blur.

The Add Border open adds extra space around the bitmap to accommodate the blur.
