Apply one more Circular Envelope and repeat the last step of dragging the control points to the intersections of the guidelines. Now that is much more convincing.
One more time Convert to Editable Shapes. And this time, from the Arrange menu select Ungroup. Do this 2 more times or until the Group option is not grayed out.
Select the 4 small white rectangles and Arrange > Join Shapes. As you can now see the 4 white rectangles have become a window reflection.
Select the background circle (the former square) with the Fill Tool (F5). Select Circular from the drop down list of Fill Types on the Infobar. Use the two colors shown above. Drag the center of the fill with the Fill Tool down and to the right. Click the Profile arrow icon on the Infobar to open the Profile dialog and select the Profile 2 option. A Profile 2 extends the center of the fill outward and gives the circle a more glass sphere like appearance.
Select the window reflection and apply a Circular fill. Drag the center of the fill to the top left corner of the reflection and use the two colors shown.
Apply 1 pixel of feathering using the Adjust Size of Feather Region slider found in the top right area of the Infobar.
