Center the blended lines over the bottom of the glass. The blends extend too far upwards and we need to trim off the tops. Using the Shape Editor Tool, draw a horizontal line just under where the beer meets the glass. Extend the line a small distance on either side of the blends. Shape the line with the Shape Editor Tool to the curve of the bottom of the beer. Group the 2 blends (Ctrl g). Select the curved line and the blends group and Arrange > Combine Shapes > Slice Shapes. Delete the top portion of the sliced blends.
Select the foam shape and apply an Elliptical fill. Add the colors indicated above and resize the fill path arrows as shown.
Apply an Elliptical fill to the top of the foam and apply a Linear fill to the foam running down the side of the glass.
