Clone (Ctrl c) the rounded rectangle. Select the clone with the Bevel Tool and change the bevel to none. Apply a flat colored fill.
If you were wondering when the slicing part was coming in, here we go. Open the Layer Gallery. Press New to create a new layer. Name the new layer Named Objects. Drag the title bar for the Named Objects layer up to the top of the window so the new layer is now over Layer 1. Uncheck the make visible (the eye icon) boxes for the Named Objects and the Layer 1 layers. Marquee select the entire set of squares and rectangles that we pasted on the Guides layer and cut them to the clipboard (Ctrl x or Edit > Cut). Select the Named Object layer (click on the name to select it), check the make layer visible check box, and press Shift Ctrl v to paste the objects onto the Named Objects layer.. Now check the make layer visible check box for Layer 1. All layers should now be visible.
Select all the colored rectangles and squares then select the Transparency Tool and make them all 100% transparent. (I have left some transparency so you can see what we are doing). Select the top rectangle. Click the Create New Names icon (the yellow tag on the Infobar in the center of the screen). Enter TOP in the Create a Name dialog and press Create . Repeat this step for the bottom panel and name it BOTTOM. Continue to create names for all the other shapes using the names indicated with the white text and numbers. Do not create the text, this is for the naming of each object only. Save your work and take a short eye break. Smoke `em if you got `em as they used to say in my military days. We're almost done.
