Using the Text Tool add the text XaraPowered. I have used a free font called Sonic Empire that can be downloaded from DaFont.com.

Select the QuickShape Tool. Set the Number of Sides to 3. Hold down the Ctrl key and drag a small triangle. Change the Size setting to 26pix and the Rotation to 30 (or whatever amount rotates the triangle so it is in the same position as shown above. Double click on the end of the triangle with the QuickShape Tool to round the points.

Create a 40 pixel circle and center the triangle inside the circle at the bottom as shown.

Make two duplicates (Ctrl d) of the circle and triangle and arrange them as shown. Rotate the triangles in the directions shown. (Click twice on the triangle to enable rotate/skew mode, then drag any of the curved corner arrow handles to rotate the selection).
