Next we'll create a big white highlight. Create a circle that is a bit smaller than the transparent circle. Convert the circle to Editable Shapes (Arrange > Convert to Editable Shapes ). Select the bottom center control point with the Shape Editor Tool and using the up arrow key on your keyboard, move the control point up to about the center of the circle. Apply a solid white fill.

Select the modified circle with the Transparency Tool. Click a little to the right of the modified circle and drag diagonally down and to the left ending at the edge of the image as shown. In the Select Size of Feather Region slider on the top right area of the Infobar, move the slider to about 3pix to soften the edge of the white highlight shape.
