Select the sun face with the Transparency Tool. From the Transparency Shape drop down list on the Infobar, select Circular and from the Transparency Type drop down list, select Contrast. Drag the center of the transparency fill path so that it is centered on the nose. Drag the resizing control handle (opposite the arrowhead point of the fill path arrow) towards the center a small amount. With the outside control handle selected, move the Transparency slider to 100%. Select the center control handle and change the Transparency slider setting to 0%. Press the Profile arrow icon on the Infobar and select Profile 2 from the drop down list. This creates a ghostlike effect of the sun face in the sky.
Using the Rectangle Tool, and holding down the Ctrl key to constrain the rectangle to a square, drag a 320 pixel square and center it as shown.
With the square still selected, select Create Bitmap Copy... from the Arrange menu. Select True Color for the Color Depth and set the Resolution to 300 dpi. Hold down the Shift key and press Create.
