Xtremely Cool Xara Xtreme Tutorial

Andy Farr is to credit for this tutorial. A few month's ago, Andy posted an ice cube challenge in the Xtreme Conference. There were quite a few good entries, but right in the middle of my best attempt, I had a fatal error crash and lost my work. So, I thought, I would take another shot at doing a photorealistic ice cube, and this time if it worked out, make it a tutorial. While this tutorial is short (24 steps), it does require a small amount of familiarity with Xara X and Xtreme's drawing tools. But even new users should be able to give it a go.

The animation above was created with Xara Modules Page Flip Effect which shows the progression of the image. It was tempting to just use the Xara Modules Snow effect but I like to see the image build. Xara makes this site possible so it would be nice if you just went to the Xara Modules page and had a look see.
