This shape will be a puddle of melted ice upon which the ice cube will sit and into which the ice cube will cast a reflection. Apply a Linear fill using the colors shown.
Using the Bevel Tool (Ctrl F3), click on the shape to select it and drag any of the red control handle arrows a short distance towards the center to apply an Inner bevel. Set the Contrast slider to 20%. From the drop down list of Bevel Types select Rounded. From the Slider Type drop down list, select Size and change the slider setting to 12 pixels.
Marquee select (draw a selection rectangle around the shape with the Selector Tool (F2) all of the ice cube shapes. From the Arrange menu, select Create Bitmap Copy... Use the True Color + Alpha Color Depth option to create a bitmap with a transparent background. Press Create to create the bitmap. NOTE: If you are doing this tutorial and plan to view it on screen, or produce an image for the Web, you can leave the resolution at 96dpi (Windows screen resolution). But if you are creating this image for commercial printing, then change the resolution of the bitmap to 300dpi.
