Find that center shape that you put to the side and put it back where it was. Apply a Fractal Plasma fill using the two colors shown and adjust the fill path arrows as shown.
Select the center shape with the Transparency Tool. Click above the top of the shape, hold down the Ctrl and the Shift keys, and drag downward to about the lower 1/4 of the shape to apply an intuitive Circular transparency. Select the top shape and move the Adjust Size of Feather Region slider (at the top right area of the Infobar) to about 9pix to soften the edges of the shape.
