Select the first group with the Fill Tool (F5). From the drop down list of Fill Types on the Infobar, select Conical. Drag the end control point (shown above in red) around as shown. With this end selected, click the 30% Black square on the screen palette. Press the Tab key to select the opposite control point and click the 80% Black color square on the screen palette. Copy the fill to the clipboard (Ctrl c). Select the other three groups and Edit > Paste Attributes or Shift Ctrl a. This is how you copy and paste the attributes of one object to another.
Hold down the Shift key and select all four O-shapes then select the Bevel Tool (click the Bevel Tool button or press Ctrl F3). From the drop down list of Bevel Types on the Infobar, select Flat. Press the Inner Bevel icon (the inward facing arrows). From the Slider Type drop down list, select Size. Reduce the size to 2pix. If you key in the amount, press Enter to apply the change.
Select all for O-shapes. Make sure the Lock Aspect Ratio icon is in the up (disabled) position. In the Height text entry box on the Infobar, key in 50 and press Enter. With all O-rings selected, press Ctrl k to make clone copies. Move all the clones up about 10 pixels. TIP: I have my Nudge Size distance (Utilities > Options > General) set to 1pix. So for every click of an arrow key, the selection moves one pixel. Hold down the Shift key and press any arrow key, the selection moves 10 pixels.
Select the Blend Tool (F7). Drag on one of the bottom O-shapes and drag upward to apply a blend. On the Infobar, change the number of Blend Steps from 5 to 10. Press Enter to apply the change. Repeat for the other three O-shapes. This creates four courses of stone.
