Select the bitmap with the Mold Tool (Shift F6). Click the Default Perspective envelope icon on the Infobar. Drag the top left and right control points towards the center an equal disatance as shown. Clone the bitmap (Ctrl k) and apply a Flat, 0% Stained Glass transparency. TIP: If you are applying any kind of Flat, 0% transparency, such as the Stained Glass in this last step, just select the appropriate Transparency Type from the drop down list. It will automatically be 0% and Flat. If you select Flat first, it will automatically become 50% transparency.
The supports. Now we need to add some supports to hold up the the roof and the spindle affair in the middle for the rope to wind the bucket up and down. Add a series of rectangles to the sizes and positions noted above.
Apply the wood fill from the Bitmap Gallery (F11) and adjust the fill path arrows as appropriate for the direction of the wood grain.
Clone the wood shapes shown above left in brown. Apply Linear, Stained Glass transparencies as shown. ANOTHER TIP: The intuitive way to apply a Linear fill or in this case Linear transparency is click on the object to select it, then click at the point you want to start the transparency (or fill) and drag in the direction you want the transparency to increase. The transparency amount at the end of the transparency fill path arrow will be 100%. Use the appropriate tool for the task. Save your work and take a short break.
