Reduce the width of top ellipse (with the tiny black lock icon on the Infobar in the down (enabled) position), to 160 pixels. Select the rectangle/ellipse combined shape then select the Shape Editor Tool (F4). Add control points on the left and right sides as shown. Move the top left and top right control points inwards to the ellipse. Drag the new line segments into curves as shown above right.
Create a 40 pixel by 60 pixel ellipse. Convert the ellipse to editable shapes (Arrange menu). With the ellipse selected, select the Shape Editor Tool. Select and move the middle control points down as shown. Select the top control point. Drag the small red boxes downwards to taper the top of the shape. Center this flame shape over the ellipse as shown.
