Create a new Layer called MouseOver. Make sure this new layer is selected, visible, and editable.

Hold down the Shift key (to select multiple objects, and click on each of the glowing buttons.

Cut them to the clipboard (Ctrl x) and then Edit > Paste in Place or press Shift Ctrl v. The buttons now should all be on the MouseOver layer. Verify this by un-checking the Make Layer Visible check box opposite MouseOver. If all 5 glowing buttons disappear then it is on to the next step.

Drag the MouseOver title bar down until it is just over Layer 1.

Mouse Over buttons can also have a Mouse Down effect which happens when a visitor clicks a button.

IMPORTANT: The MouseOver, MouseDown and Layer 1 layers need to be at the bottom of the list if you have used any pop up effects on your site.
