Create a new layer, MouseDown. Drag the title bar down until it is just above the MouseOver layer.

IMPORTANT: The MouseOver and MouseDown layers must be spelled exactly as shown with no spaces and are context sensitive. If you have a space after Mouse or if you use all caps, the effect will not work.

With the new MouseDown layer selected, visible and editable, Shift click on each of the glowing MouseOver buttons and copy them (Ctrl c) to the clipboard.

Edit > Paste in Place onto the MouseDown layer.
