Clone the inside cup shape above the coffee (Ctrl k). Bring the line that is behind it to the front (Ctrl f). Copy the pale orange Elliptical fill from the the front and paste attributes to the cloned ellipse shape. Reposition the center of the fill and adjust the fill path arrows to match the example above.
Select the line and the elliptical shape and Arrange > Combine Shapes... Slice Shapes. Delete the bottom half. Apply 3 pixels feathering to the remaining pale orange top shape.
Clone the coffee shape and bring the line that is behind the clone to the front. Using the Fill Tool, apply a Linear fill to the cloned shape using the two colors shown.
