Select the clones for all the shape and Arrange > Combine Shapes > Add Shapes or press Ctrl 1.
You should now have the shapes shown above. Make a duplicate set of all the objects in case we run short at the end of the tutorial. Whatever is left over you can donate to a worthy charity.
