Rotate the tiles 15 degrees by entering 15 in the Angle of Selection text entry box and pressing Enter. Select all the soap objects and bubbles and rotate this selection 30 degrees. NOTE: I have reduced the size for all the elements so you can see them. You do not need to do this.
If the Lock Aspect Ration button (the small padlock) is in the down position, click it to enable non-proportional scaling. Select all the elements by dragging a rectangle around them with the Selector Tool (the arrow pointer). Change the Height percentage to 60 and press Enter to apply the change. Click the lock icon again to return to proportional scaling. This produces a pseudo perspective view.
We're back to 100% view. Select the smaller rounded rectangle and the text and move both objects up and to the right as shown. The blue dashed lines represent the objects before they were moved.
