Clone the top shape again. Move the clone down and to the right 4 pixels in each direction. Clone the new top shape. Select the top shape and the shape to the left and Arrange > Combine Shapes > Subtract Shapes (Ctrl 2). You now should have the fork shape and a left and right edge. Align the left and right edge to they are directly on top of the fork shape as shown above right.
Next we'll make the handle for the fork. It will be in 2 parts, a wide bottom portion and a stem shape. First the bottom portion.
Create a 110 x 295 pixel rectangle. Apply Curved Corners and change the Curvature setting to 0.15 (press Enter to apply the change). Arrange > Convert to Editable Shapes. NOTE: Rectangles with curved corners are called live effects which can be modified at any time, even after the file has been saved. But you cannot edit a live effect with the Shape Editor Tool until the live effect has been made permanent by using Convert to Editable Shapes. (Just in case you were wondering). Select the rounded rectangle then select the Shape Editor Tool. Raise the top, center 2 control points 30 pixels as shown on the top right. Remember, if you set your Nudge Size to 1pix, you can press Shift and press the up arrow key 3 times.
With the shape selected, and then the Shape Editor Tool selected to show all of the control points, add horizontal and vertical guidelines through the top control points as shown. Add a horizontal guideline about 1/2 way between the 2 horizontal guidelines. Click the top left control point. Drag the Bezier control handle (the tiny red box) to the intersection of the guidelines directly under the control point as shown above left. Do the same for the top right control point. Select the left side control point as shown above right and drag that Bezier control handle straight up to the center guideline. Do the same for the right side control point as shown. Your shape should look like the one shown above right. Name and Save your drawing and take a short break.
