I was invited to submit work by Scottish Water for a new supplementary Logo
which is to be used by stakeholder in this company which deals principally with the public.
This logo is to be used on a online "blog" site where the public can discuss and relate
to the new developments which are taking place throughout Scotland at the moment
in the supply of water and sewage so it is a bit of public relations by the company
allowing the public to vent the feelings and receive quick replies back from the company.
The logo will also be used in a "newsletter" and may be used for this entire department's
stationary but this has not been fully decided by the company.
To give a quick synopsis of the brief that it had to meet the following;
- Relate to the public
- Have something to do with water
- Relate to Scottish Waters own logo if possible
- Relate to Scotland
- Be simple in design
My first submission was successful and the design has been accepted last week along with the
Website which I am now constructing as it has to be ready to be uploaded in a very short time.
